Registration Methods

In Person: Register at J&S Center for the Performing Arts: 313 Parker Street, Vacaville, California 95688 during office hours.

Registration Policies:

• All students must pay an annual $25 registration fee for classes once each school year (Sept. - Aug.)
• Tuition is payable in advance and is non-refundable unless the class is canceled or full.
• Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Some classes fill up quickly, so be sure to register early to ensure a place.
• Classes require a minimum number of students and may be canceled because of insufficient enrollment. Assume your registration is confirmed unless you are otherwise notified.
• Missed Classes:
Group and Classes: Class make-ups are given only when the teacher has canceled the entire class. Your notification of inability to attend a class is a courtesy to the teacher, but we regret we cannot excuse you from payment of the class for which you have contracted. There will be no make-up classes.
Private lessons: Students must call the office 24 hours in advance to reschedule a missed lesson. Only one make-up lesson per month can be rescheduled.
• Withdrawal: Tuition is non-refundable once a class has begun. A request for withdrawal must be received in writing by the registrar. Withdrawal will be effective from the date the request is received.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard. Make checks payable to J&S Center for the Performing Arts. Your canceled check is your receipt. A $25 fee will be charged to your account for checks returned for any reason or for declined credit cards. A $10 service charge will be assessed on any payment that is past due.

Transportation to and from Rehearsal: For safety reasons, parents are asked to drop off their children no earlier that the stated start time and pick them up no later than the scheduled ending time. Students must be picked up within 15 minutes of the announced release time. After 15 minutes, the family will be charged $1.00 per minute that the staff member must watch your child. The student will not be readmitted to class until this fee has been paid.

Parking: Free parking is available.

Accessibility: J&S center for the Performing Arts is wheelchair accessible.
